Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please send it back within 90 days of the ship date for exchange or refund. The return form will be on the back of your sales receipt. Items should be in new, unwashed condition. This policy applies to retail purchases made directly from Maya Wrap.

If you have purchased your Maya Wrap from an independent retailer, the retailer's exchange/return policy will apply.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to discontinued items. Discontinued items are not returnable unless they are flawed.
