Maya Wrap Return Policy

Maya wrap is committed to designing and manufacturing safe and high-quality products that are compliant with industry-accepted standards.  Please read the following information thoroughly. 

Your satisfaction is our mission!  30-day return policy: 
We will accept returns for a period not greater than thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with no questions asked.  Proof of purchase from the MayaWrap.com website is required.  To qualify for the 30-day return, your carrier must be brand new; it must be unwashed, have all tags still attached, in original packaging, and clean (without pet hair, stains, or other signs of use). 

Products purchased via one of Maya Wrap's authorized retailers are processed with that particular retailer.  

Product defects: 
We will gladly exchange or replace any product that contains defects in materials and / or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Due to limited runs of certain colors and sizes, your exact color might not be available. 

The exchange period does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the care and use instructions, abuse, alteration, and/or normal wear and tear.

How to return products:
Please contact us at info@mayawrap.com to obtain an RMA code (return management authorization) relating to your product return so that it can be processed expeditiously.   We will provide you with an address and other information pertinent to your return.  

Once you are in possession of your RMA information, please remember to include your receipt and customer information (your name, address, email address, and phone number) with your returned carrier. 

Maya Wrap only accepts returned or exchanged products purchased from Mayawrap.com or authorized Maya Wrap resellers. 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments and strongly encourage the use of package tracking when returning a carrier for replacement.
