What is your return policy?
You may return your Maya Wrap within 90 days for a full refund of your purchase price, provided it is in the original packaging and unwashed condition. Please call for a return authorization number first. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if you are exchanging your item we will re-ship your new item, within the U.S., via standard rate shipping at no additional charge to you.
Please be advised, if you purchase your Maya Wrap product from a retail partner, you are subject to their return policy and procedures.
To what countries do you ship?
We will gladly ship your order to any country for which the United States Post Office offers insurance.
What if I order the wrong size or fabric?
We will be happy to exchange your Maya Wrap or MamaBaby Sling. Before sending a return, please call and request a return authorization. Returns or exchanges that are sent to us without a return authorization number on the exterior of the package, may be rejected.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders (within the USA) generally will be delivered within one week. International orders will be delivered within 2 weeks, assuming there are no customs delays. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. You may receive your order in less than the specified delivery time.
